Join us on October 7th at 10:00am for a hike to Panther Creek Falls. We will meet in the Panther Creek Falls trailhead parking lot at 10:00a and depart for the hike. The hike is 7 miles round trip so please bring a picnic lunch. Once we get to the falls we will stop to enjoy the waterfall, take a swim depending on how cold it is, and relax along the beach for an hour. On the way back, we will pick up trash along the trail and at the primitive camping spots below the waterfall. We will provide free Wander North Georgia bags, trash bags, and a sticker for all participants.
Unfortunately due to the trail length, this cleanup hike is not kid friendly or pet friendly. Ages 12 and up please so that we can be efficient in our clean up efforts.
You must RSVP for a free ticket here in order to participate in the hike. This ensures that we can plan and handle the amount of volunteers that show up.
